Despite all the supporting material about social media being of value, helping businesses communicate with customers AND make sales, some are still trying to ignore it. According to MediaBistro, new research from British PR firm indicates “more than half of respondents to the survey agreed that if a brand is not present or not active with its social media it would reflect negatively on the company.”
So, we ask you, if it reflects poorly on your company and puts you at a disadvantage in terms of communication and sales, why would you ignore social media – or not AT LEAST try it?
